Expected to be questioned about NDP satellite offices

NDP Leader Tom Mulcair is taking questions from reporters after the party's weekly caucus meeting, and one day before he is to appear before a House committee to answer questions about NDP spending.
CBCNews.ca is carrying it live at 11:30 a.m.
Mulcair is scheduled to answer questions about the NDP using House of Commons money to set up satellite offices in Montreal and Quebec City.
Mulcair says the party didn't break any rules.
