An international human rights commission will release a report on its investigation into murdered and missing aboriginal women and girls in British Columbia on Monday morning.
The Inter-American Commission, which is affiliated with the Organization of American States, has been studying the issue for more than two years.
The investigation was requested by the Native Women's Association of Canada and Feminist Alliance for International Action in March 2012. CBCnews.ca will carry the NWAC's press conference on the report live at 10:30 a.m. ET.
The report is expected to include recommendations on how governments at both the federal and provincial/territorial level can address the situation.
