More rough weather is on the way for the Maritimes.
A special weather statement has been issued for parts of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and P.E.I.
The storm warning comes days after record rainfall flooded parts of the region.
The area on the border between New Brunswick and Nova Scotia is under an advisory as a low pressure system tracks northward, potentially bringing a wallop of snow.
"There is some uncertainty in the storm track and there is a potential for up to 15 centimetres of snow for extreme eastern sections of the region near the Nova Scotia border. Precipitation is expected to end tonight as the low moves away and a ridge of high pressure pushes in from the west," according to Environment Canada.
On P.E.I., those in Kings and Queens counties should prepare for an estimated rainfall of up to 30 millimetres. Environment Canada also says there's a possibility of rain mixed with snow for some areas.
Along Nova Scotia's coast on the Northumberland Strait, counties are warned to expectg up to 30 millimetres of rain, with the possibility of up to 15 centimetres of snow over higher elevations.
