Opposition leader in Edmonto to address his troops

NDP Leader Thomas Mulcair will lay out his strategy for the coming sitting of Parliament in a speech to his MPs today at their annual caucus meeting on Edmonton.
Mulcair's speech will be livestreamed by CBC beginning at 11:05 a.m. ET.
The NDP has been using this caucus to prepare for the 2015 federal election by distinguishing themselves from the Liberals.
Mulcair will spend much more time outside of the House of Commons this sitting in an attempt to raise his profile with Canadians.
