Travellers frustrated as Toronto-based airline goes offline

Porter Airlines has grounded its flights due to a computer outage according to the airline's Tweet.
The Toronto-based airline's website is also affected and there are no updates yet from Porter.
The stoppage has frustrated several customers who have been tweeting their frustrations about the lack of information.
The Toronto Port Authority said Porter has not provided a timeline of when the problem will be fixed. Porter has asked its passengers to be patient.
