Daniel Therrien now speaking to House of Commons committee

Canada's newly minted privacy watchdog Daniel Therrien is giving his views on the government's controversial cyberbullying bill to a committee of MPs in Ottawa today.
CBCNews.ca is carrying Therrien's testimony live.
Therrien surprised MPs last week when he said the government should split Bill C-13 in two.
Justice Minister Peter MacKay has said there is no need to divide the bill.
