Friday morning stabbing in Sandy Hill, a neighbourhood that's home to embassies

Ottawa police have a man in custody in connection with a stabbing in Ottawa's Sandy Hill neighbourhood.
They said they found a 44-year-old man with stab wounds and non life-threatening injuries when they responded to a call from 400 Stewart St. around 8:45 a.m. Friday.
Residents of the building said many staff from the Russian Embassy live there. The building is about a block and a half away from the embassy.
Sandy Hill is an area that features a mix of student housing, embassies and ambassadors' homes.
Another man was taken away by ambulance. No details were provided on the man police have in custody.
Ottawa police said their investigation continues.
